Overview

RAD Creations is excited to announce the Aussie Open, a premier three-day disc golf event in Perth. We are seeking experienced and innovative media agencies to provide comprehensive coverage of the event. This opportunity involves capturing the excitement and competitive spirit of the Aussie Open and sharing it with a global audience.

Objectives

Our media coverage objectives include:

  • Live Coverage: Stream live events and key moments to engage audiences who cannot attend in person.
  • Highlight Reels: Create daily highlight reels that capture the essence of each day’s events.
  • Interviews and Features: Conduct interviews with players, organizers, and sponsors, producing feature segments that delve into the sport of disc golf and its community.
  • Social Media Management: Actively manage and update our social media platforms with real-time updates, clips, and audience engagement.

Scope of Services

The selected agency will be responsible for:

  • Pre-event promotion through various media channels.
  • Full event coverage, including photography, videography, and live streaming on Facebook and YouTube.
  • Post-event production of a comprehensive event recap and promotional materials for future events.
  • Coordination with our marketing team to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
  • Ensuring content is available for use by key event partners approved by the Aussie Open Event Team.

Selection Criteria

  • Experience: Proven track record in sports event coverage or similar projects.
  • Capacity: Ability to manage comprehensive coverage, including multiple teams for filming, editing, and broadcasting.
  • Innovative Approach: Creative ideas for engaging a diverse audience and enhancing the viewer experience.
  • References: Demonstrable success in previous engagements, supported by references and work samples.
